In situations not provided for in the Terms and Conditions, the applicable legislation is used.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Booking policy: bookings can be made by phone, e-mail, through our website, through booking engines (e.g. com and Airbnb). Reservations by phone, e-mail, website and Facebook are subject to availability. After the reservation request, if a room is available, Charm-in will provide you with a reservation number. Charm-in only guarantees the availability of a room of the type booked.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Check In, the room of the reserved category will be available from 3 p.m. on the date of arrival The guest will have to identify themselves and provide the identification data in person or via email (citizen card\/passport) of all the guests on the reservation if there are more than one. Payment of the booking fees (if not already paid in full) will be made at check-in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Check-Out, on the date of departure, the Client must leave the room unoccupied of people and goods and without any damage by no later than The check-in and check-out can take place outside the defined hours, as long as availability is checked with the Charm-in. If the room is not vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure, without any prior justification or consent from Charm-in, compensation corresponding to the price of one night will be charged immediately, and the Customer will only be entitled to use the room during that period if a room is available. Otherwise, you will have to pay the compensation and leave the room as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>The Charm-in does not have a 24-hour reception service. A 24-hour telephone number will be provided at the time of booking in case of an emergency.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>2. Terms of use<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Only the persons indicated in the accommodation reservation will be entitled to use the Charm-in. Temporary visits by our guests are only permitted with the prior consent of the Charm-in management.<\/li>\n<li>The Client and accompanying person(s), if applicable, must use the room in the appropriate conditions, with care and consideration<\/li>\n<li>The Client and the accompanying person(s), if applicable, must treat other guests with consideration and respect the &#8220;House Rules&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>The common areas and facilities available to guests must be used in the appropriate conditions and left clean and in good condition.<\/li>\n<li>All damages, breakdowns and thefts associated with the Customer will be charged, taking into account the value of the damage in<\/li>\n<li>Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult guest at all times during their stay.<\/li>\n<li>Charm-in will not be held responsible for any personal belongings that may go missing on its premises.<\/li>\n<li>The Customer must always close the external access doors, and check that doors and windows are properly<\/li>\n<li>In the event of an emergency, the Customer should call the following contacts<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>3. Parking<strong> <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Charm-in does not have private parking. However, there is free public parking nearby.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>4. Animals<strong> <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>It is strictly forbidden to keep animals at the Charm-in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The introduction of animals into the accommodation by the guest allows Charm-in to inform the Client of the obligation to leave without being refunded the amounts paid in the meantime for the availability of the room during the contracted period of stay.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Noise<strong> <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>As a matter of respect and understanding for all guests, we ask you to pay special attention to silence in the social areas, stairways and corridors.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., activities that cause noise likely to disturb other guests are not allowed, in accordance with the General Noise Regulation.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Charm-in access to the room<\/h3>\n<p><strong> <\/strong>The Charm-in team shall have the right to enter the room\/house during the Client&#8217;s stay in order to carry out cleaning, repairs and similar work.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Accommodation and other prices<\/h3>\n<p><strong> <\/strong>The price of the stay to be paid by the Customer constitutes the consideration for the use of the accommodation room, in the period between arrival and departure.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The total price of the stay will be charged per night, regardless of whether the Customer has actually used the room.<\/li>\n<li>The applicable rates shall be the agreed prices or the prices set out in Charm-in&#8217;s price list in force on the date of the order. Charm-in shall have the right to update the prices, informing the Customer in good time.<\/li>\n<li>The rates and amounts indicated for the stay already include the VAT rate in force, unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/li>\n<li>Charm-in makes information and promotions available on its website. Offers and promotions are temporary and subject to specific conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Specific payment conditions may apply to travel agencies, tour operators and others<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>8. Complaints<\/h3>\n<p>There is a complaints book available.<\/p>\n<p>Any complaints or suggestions should be forwarded to management. If it is found that there is a defect in the Customer&#8217;s house\/room, Charm-in has the right to choose to repair it and relocate the guest to a house\/room in the same category as that contracted with the guest. Only defects likely to jeopardize Charm-in&#8217;s level of service and quality will be considered.<\/p>\n<h3>9. Charm-in&#8217;s responsibility<\/h3>\n<p><strong> <\/strong>Charm-in will be responsible for ensuring the proper hygiene, cleanliness and safety of the accommodation.<\/p>\n<p>Charm-in will not be held responsible for any personal belongings that may go missing on its premises.<\/p>\n<p>Charm-in assumes no liability for loss of data provided by the Customer in the event of electronic transmission of payment data, and is only liable in the event of culpable action.<\/p>\n<p>Charm-in shall not be liable to the Client in the event of a delay in the availability of the house\/room in the event of force majeure. Force majeure will be considered to be reasons that make it impossible or more difficult to make the house\/room available, such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, accidents in the room itself or in the accommodation.<\/p>\n<h3>10. XIII. Duty to notify<\/h3>\n<p>In the event of theft, damage to property, fire, flooding or other damage to the room, the Client must immediately inform the Charm-in team and do everything possible to help resolve the situation.<\/p>\n<h3>11. End of stay<\/h3>\n<p>Charm-in has the right to terminate the stay if the Client fails to pay the amount due, as well as if the Client displays any behavior that affects good coexistence, quiet or hygiene.<\/p>\n<h3>12. Omissions<\/h3>\n<p><strong> <\/strong>The Hotel Management will be responsible for resolving any cases not covered by these Regulations.
